I’m a small business owner too, so I understand how much time, energy and dedication it takes to keep everything moving. Marketing is important, but when you’re also managing clients, finances, employees, operations and everything else that comes with running a business, it can quickly become overwhelming.
That’s one of the reasons I stay personally involved with every client. I’m the project manager for all of our work, and I believe the conversations we have—and really getting to know your business—are an important part of creating marketing that actually works for you.
I’ve spent more than two decades working in digital marketing and graphic design, helping small businesses and nonprofits with everything from websites and branding to social media, email marketing, SEO, video and overall strategy. I work closely with a small team of creatives and developers, but you always have one point of contact.
We also use AI and automation where they make sense. They can help us work faster, research more efficiently and streamline repetitive tasks, but they don’t replace human creativity or judgment. Everything still needs a human eye, real-world experience and an understanding of your business to make it feel authentic.
There’s no one-size-fits-all marketing plan. I like to look at your goals, your budget and what you actually need, then build a practical approach around that.
